  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Fine Art Prints: For Fine Art Prints, please allow 14-21 days for delivery. These items are made to order, meaning they are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This ensures that you receive a high-quality, custom piece of art. Originals: If you've ordered an original artwork, you can expect it to arrive within 5-7 business days. We take the time to carefully pack each piece of artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our original artworks are in stock and will be packed promptly upon ordering. Vases and Candle Holders: Vases and Candle Holders also require 5-7 business days for delivery. Just like our originals, we dedicate time to properly pack each delicate piece to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. These items are available in our inventory and will be prepared for shipment right away. Custom Orders (Vases or Candle Holders): If you've placed a custom order for vases or candle holders, please note that it will take longer to receive your order. These products are meticulously crafted by hand, and this craftsmanship takes time. We will create your custom piece with the utmost care and attention to detail before shipping it to you. In all cases, we are committed to delivering your Gali in NY order in the best condition possible, whether it's a fine art print, an original artwork, or a custom item.   • Do you ship internationally?
    No, unfortunately we do not. We only ship within the United States.
  • How do I track my order?

  • What is your refund policy?
    There are no returns on original artwork. Fine Art Prints- if there is an issue with your order we allow same item exchanges ONLY when we are notified within 72 hours of delivery. Shipping is paid by the customer and exchanges are only of the same item ordered.
